Return & Exchange

At Etoile Clothing, we want you to love what you wear. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple and hassle-free return and exchange process as outlined below:

1. Return Policy

  • Eligibility: Hassle-free returns are accepted within 12 days of delivery for eligible items.

  • Condition: Returned items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging with tags intact.

  • Reverse Shipping Fee: A fee of ₹100 will be deducted from the refund amount for reverse pickup and shipping.

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection of the returned item.

2. Exchange Policy

  • Eligibility: Hassle-free exchanges are accepted within 12 days of delivery for eligible items.

  • Reverse Shipping Fee: A fee of ₹100 applies for exchanges.

  • Conditions: Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Allowed Exchanges:

    • Exchanges are allowed once per item.

    • You may exchange for the same product, or for a different product, size, or color of equal or higher value (price difference must be paid by the customer).

3. Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Products purchased under Sale/Discounted categories.

  • Items damaged due to customer mishandling.

  • Customized or special-order items.

4. Process for Return & Exchange

  1. Contact us at orders@etoileclothing.in or call us at +91 90990 00109 within the return/exchange window.

  2. Our team will arrange a reverse pickup from your address (wherever serviceable).

  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange request.

5. Important Notes

  • Shipping fees and COD charges (if any) are non-refundable.

  • If reverse pickup service is not available in your area, you may be asked to self-ship the product. In such cases, standard courier charges will be reimbursed (up to a fixed limit).

  • Refunds/exchanges will not be processed if the product fails quality checks.
